I opened my restaurant in April 1999 after working as a chef at the official residence of the Japanese Embassy in Düsseldorf.
We offer dishes that reflect the passion we have for food during our 7 years of living in Europe.
＜House restaurant＞
This restaurant is located in a detached house at the foot of Mt. Teine on the outskirts of Sapporo.
The restaurant is surrounded by trees, and you can enjoy a relaxing meal with a night view from the private room on the second floor.
The cuisine is made with Hokkaido ingredients and has a reputation as a vegetable French restaurant.
＜Regarding weddings＞
Because it is located in nature, you can have an attractive wedding that makes good use of both the outdoors and the inside.
For example, after having a public wedding on the terrace and enjoying an aperitif to celebrate, how about having a dinner party inside the restaurant?
Because we are a small restaurant, we can create time to deepen our bonds. What’s important is people.
Even if you don’t have a flashy event, you can create a production that frames the space and time.
The main dish is Hokkaido Wagyu beef wrapped in a pie.
Enjoy the aroma of the meat being grilled in front of your guests, and have the meat cut on the spot.

We have approximately 3,000 bottles of wine in stock. Old vintage items from the 1940s are available.
